I had this happen for over 6 months with one elderly guy calling me. I kept telling him he had the wrong number. I blocked the number in my phone but it would still take voicemail. Eventually I texted the number. Then again texted and said to stop calling me and delete my number or I would start calling them all the time.

Haven’t gotten a call in 6 months since.
